Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Xpande (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Xpande provides a marketplace for businesses to post short local field tasks and for independent workers to discover and perform those tasks. Xpande is not an employer, staffing agency, or guarantor of work outcomes.

3. Accounts and roles

• Business accounts may post jobs subject to community guidelines and applicable law.
• Worker accounts may apply to jobs and submit proof as required.
• Admin accounts are used for platform operations and moderation.

4. Payments

Payment terms, payouts, and taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Xpande may integrate third-party payment providers; their terms apply.

5. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpande disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
