Vendor (Business) Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement applies to businesses that post jobs on Xpande (“Vendor”). It supplements the Terms of Service.

2. Job postings

Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, fair budgets, and lawful tasks. Vendors are responsible for compliance with employment, safety, and marketing laws in their jurisdiction.

3. Independent workers

Workers performing tasks are independent contractors unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Vendors should not misclassify workers.

4. Proof and acceptance

Vendors should review proof promptly. Unreasonable rejection or disputes may be handled through Platform support and dispute processes Xpande may add later.

5. Fees

Platform fees, if any, will be disclosed before charges. Replace this section with your commercial fee schedule.
