Worker Agreement

1. Independent contractor status

Workers using Xpande are independent contractors, not employees of Xpande or of businesses unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Conduct

Workers must perform tasks honestly, follow instructions, and submit accurate proof. Workers must comply with local laws and safety requirements while on task.

3. Payments

Payment timing and amounts depend on the job posting and any payout integration. Workers are responsible for taxes and reporting in their jurisdiction.

4. Ratings and verification

Xpande may offer verification or ratings. These are informational and do not guarantee future earnings or assignments.

5. Deactivation

We may suspend accounts that violate policies or pose risk to the community. Workers may appeal through support.
